Morbus Sever
Morbus Sever is the name for heel pain in children. It is a common, but often undiagnosed, cause of heel pain in children who play sports. Morbus Sever is often seen in boys between the ages of seven and fifteen and in girls between the ages of five and thirteen. Pain complaints usually arise shortly after the start of the new sports season.
