Those pains while cycling; is it because my bike is not a proper fit, am I 'crooked' or do I need a cycling insole?
I want my injury to be looked at with more perspectives.
Lately I have been exercising more and I am noticing that I am starting to develop some 'malfunctions'.
My 12-year-old son sports intensively and gets pain in his heels. Should he quit his sports?
I sprained my ankle.
Now it doesn't move well and I get all kinds of pains.
